Radbeh Aluminum Structures (SALURA) was founded to produce different types of Aluminum foils products in 1389. Using new technology and technique, and real and valuable career that are skillful, motivated and hardworking, Salura enables to dominate recent markets and favored by them. In other words, Salura offers a wide range of products, which are of cardinal importance in the Aluminum foils industries. As a matter of fact, Salura is Iranian first and only company having the ability of generating induction seal with the thickness of 1 mm. Furthermore, it is only generating aluminum foil for using in food industries, which have the capability of printing and punching in the east of our country. The Saluras’ products are comparable in quality and efficiency with international ones, which is stemming from its specialized, experienced, and hardworking employee. Salura’s main purpose and priority is generating and offering high quality products to satisfy customers in all aspects and in particular those qualities.

Advantages of our products in Aluminum foils:
Salura, considered as one of the most important Aluminum foil generating in Iran, has a high level of capability of producing and offering Aluminum foils to use in several industries, and in particular, packaging industry. In fact, Salura is able to produce high quality Aluminum foils in different geometrical shapes and sizes, which results from extensive knowledge on new technology and applying developed and modern instruments. Therefore, such measures enable Salura to offer his customer a variety of printed Aluminum foil products, including different designs and customized logos and specific holograms in the middle of cap container or in the form of shower printing, according to customers’ taste.
Advantages of our products in Induction seals:
The different thickness of Salura’s products is appropriate to use in wading systems which are
used in several manufactures such as agricultural, cosmetic, hygienic and oil products. Moreover, Salura offers his customers the opportunity of packaged and sorted tube shape seal washers. Not only do the mentioned products facilitate packaging process, but they also economize this process for customers. In fact, Salura is the only Iranian company in producing seal washers in tube shape packaging.As a matter of fact, the closure is supplied to the bottler with foil liner already inserted. Although there are various liners to choose from, a typical induction liner is multi-layered. The top layer is a paper pulp that is generally spot-glued to the cap. The next layer is wax that is used to bond a layer of aluminum foil to the pulp. The bottom layer is a polymer film laminated to the foil. After the cap or closure is applied, the container passes under an induction coil, which emits an oscillating electromagnetic field. As the container passes under the induction coil (sealing head) the conductive aluminum foil liner begins to heat. The heat melts the wax, which is absorbed into the pulp backing and releases the foil from the cap. The polymer film also heats and flows onto the lip of the container. When cooled, the polymer creates a bond with the container resulting in a hermetically sealed product. Therefore, after opening the cap of container we will observe that the cardboard/ foam remains in it and the Aluminum foil get stock to the opening of the container. Unfortunately, it is visible that some products of induction seals, and in particular the foam ones, cannot tolerate the high temperature applied during seal induction process; as a result, the foam sticks to the Aluminum foil or even the foam burns. At the mentioned situation, we will see a defective sealing. It means, in such situations the sealing is not complete and the container is not plumbed. Salura company apply expand researches which results in recognizing and using good and high quality international row materials. Therefore, these methods lead to solve mentioned problems and achieving an efficient and complete sealing.
